Oh, ok, you guys want to post audio/entertainment systems as well?

In addition to above:

JVC KD-SH9750 hu, US audio 6.5" seperates up front, stock in rear, RF series-1 12" in a bandpass, Dominator 4x160W amp, Audiocontrol Epicenter, Mobile Authority 7" monitor in custom pull-out in-dash mount, P3-667 w/ 128mbs ram, 10gig drive, ATI All-in-Wonder 128PRO, DVD drive, Microsoft GPS receiver, 4-port usb hub, Coleman 400watt inverter, and a Remote Wonder.

Also forgot to post:

Exterior: Pilot projector fogs ( ion yellow ), Eurolite superwhite cornering and marker lights, 9004-9007 conversion with Eurolite Fusion 9007 bulbs.

I think that covers it all now!

engine: remachined heads, little higher compression than normal, 7 new valves
exhaust: was brand new when i got it about 12,000 miles ago still good
suspension: shredded rubber bushings all arround (and i mean ever single one)
exterior: straight, plastic pannels are toasted from weather as well as the paint, Faded Champagne
interior: good shape if you can call 17 year old leather good
intake: stock
transmission: auto

Tax Return = Upholstry! at LEAST the drivers seat mabe more depending on the return

summer = new paint (hoefully), suspension work up the wazoo, some minor fixes (power mirriors, banjo fittings, transmission cooler/radiator dip) possibly pace setter exhaust depending on funds and availability

Sarin, I see that you used a 3rd gen FSTB, and I understand that you can do this because you swaped to a full 3rd gen suspension. But my question is when you did this did you have to drill new holes to mount the strut mount studs (the studs that come thru the strut tower, and then held down by a nut)? Or did the third gen strut mount fit in the factory holes? The reason I am asking is just to see if a third gen FSTB will fit our car without modification.....In my eyes it should fit if you still used the factory holes for the rubber strut mounts.

The front struts, spring seats, strut mounts, thrust seat, and tophat are still 2nd gen parts. So had to modify the brackets to fit. That meant increasing the size of the inner most hole on the bracket and redrilling the mounting holes for the strut bar becasue the 3rd gen bar is actually wider.

ehhhh?.....^^^^^

Sarin, which one fit better? The 3rd gen bar or the altima bar? Which one was easier to modify? And if you could just tell me how you had to midify each on to make them fit, and can you use simple tools? Does it look like it was made for the car once you are done or is it rigged up? Which one has better clearence on the EGR valve? Sorry for all the questions, I would like to get a FSTB and would like to get the one that will fit best .

I think the altima one fits the best. He only had the problem with the egr valve because he has an 86. 87's and 88;s dont have that problem because we have different ones. For the altima FSTB's I believe is all he did was modify the strut brackets holes to fit on the strut tower. Sarin, please correct me if I am wrong on this.

Altima one fits the best as far as size, and minimal modifications to the brackets (you just widen one of the holes with a dremel.

The 3rd gen one clears the EGR valve better. The 3rd gen one can be made to look like it was made for the car if you drill your holes right. I'll try to post some pics on this.

Here is a pic of the mount. The bolt nearest to the bar had to be enlarged:

I still need to find pics of the newer bar since I currently have it out of the car right now. (my engine mounts need to be filled).
