Air Box Delete Parts List

I have become a minimalist concerning my Maxima. Eliminate all that isn't needed or doesn't work. I am really itching to eliminate the factory air box and replace it with a cone k&n. I see some pic's of guys who have done that but haven't found a list of what all is needed to completely disregard the airbox. Do any of you guys who have done this have a parts list or ideas of what works best???

Gimme a few days. Ill post a few photos of my ****ty short ram I rigged up with parts in my garage. When it warms up, I'll redo everything.

well can't say your going to find a parts list, but you will need a intake tube that bends about 20deg and drops down with 4 bungs, or run your maf upside down if you can't get one that drops down. Then if your keeping the exhust part you should get a small air filter to put on that, if I have a chance I will grab a pix of how I did mine.

Those exhaust tubes can be plugged, cut, smashed or welded...The nipples needed for vacuum can be added and welded...I would try to keep the intake at about 8"-16" long!
