Anyone see this 3rd gen for sale on Ebay?
Anybody see this gem?

I hope an enthusiast jumps on it! Way too clean of a car to get junked up. Probably only a handful of these left...

Wow that thing is nice (aside from the random GXE taillight). I'd love to pick up a nice, cheap VG 5 speed if I ever stumbled across one locally. Immaculate interior on that. Too bad it's so far away.

I'm surprised the bidding on that is up near $1,800 now with 2 days left. I figured it'd be the sort of thing that would top out around $1,100 or $1,200 or so. I mean - these cars aren't THAT sought after by the general public. With as dead as this forum is these days, it's not as if there are thousands of other enthusiasts hiding out there in the public.

Finding these will be nearly impossible pretty soon...Trying to justify letting the Z live in the garage and getting another 3rd gen for a daily before it's too late.

Thats over in NJ, only about an hour from me. Just bid 2600 on it, let's see how high it actually goes. I love the VE but such a clean example would be great to have, plus then I'd have one of each flavor

Suprising it got up so high. My interior is about as clean but posting it for sale/bidding i dont think is an option considering it wouldn't go for even half of what ive invested not to mention i dont think i could part with it lol. Im sure the same would go for many members who have invested so much time and money into their 3rd gens but being that one was bone stock and extremely clean the owner made out pretty good. Hopefully it was a member that got it or if not im sure him/her will be joining us at some point soon in the near future. Maybe even to look for that se tail light lol

I won it, I spoke to the dealer and should be picking it up Monday. The bidding certainly went higher than I wanted it to, but as long as its mostly rust free and accurately described that thing is a gem. Plus I'm pulling my hair out diagnosing a nice VE, so I'd like to take a break and enjoy a running, simpler VG for a while. I'll have to sell a car or two to make room for it.
I'll post some pictures etc after I pick it up.

Just a month or two ago, my buddy (works at PepBoys) had a SUPER CLEAN VG 5 speed show up there. The guy had just bought it, and paid $2,800 for it from a dealer.
It was very nice - but not quite as nice as the one you picked up

JoeyChrome definitely did win the auction the first time. Guess he hasn't been back on here recently though to give us an update.
Perhaps his VE 5 speed potential engine issues forced him to redirect funds to that project rather than taking on an extra 3rd gen?

Thanks man for posting the ad about the 1990 Nissan Maxima. Because of you the car is in better hands now. There are some details that I need to work on, but you will see how it will turn out. Thanks again
