How to remove pilot bearing?
I have just rebuilt my transmission and after 3 weeks of waiting for my ACT clutch, I am going to put my car back together
I have encounted a small problem
I can not figure out how to romove my pilot bearing. I am looking for any suggestions

What cbr2 says about it not being a bearing is right, it is a bushing, or metal sleeve. I'd pull it and replace though, cheap insurance. There's two styles of pilot bearing pullers: the slide hammer style that cbr2 mentions and a threaded turn handle style with adjustable legs, that's less expensive and less abusive on your crank. The turn handle style is about $15, you might even be able to rent it for a few bucks at your local auto store.
