How to replace control arm bushings?

I need help, i bought ES bushings from courtesy and i spent 3 hours today trying to remove old ones, i can't get stock bushings off? they look like they are glued on. I managed to take all of the bolts off but i cant seperate old bushings from the control arm. And new bushings seem too large, anybody know how to put them on? If anyone has done this give me some tips.

Yea you can burn them out but you'll definately need to get them pressed in...

I burned out and drilled out old rubber on bushings, then used a hack saw to cut thru 1mm or less sleeves that hold the rubber in place. Used screwdriver to pry them out with minimal force.

Used a vice to push the new bushing setup back in.

The new ones DO NOT need to be pressed in. They slip right in with minimal effort.

It took me 4hrs to put the new one in, i could only replace one bushing (pivot). ES bushings were simply too big, i had to remove some material from them with dremel, i know it defeated the purpose of putting new ones in but i did this without removing the control arm from the car. Ride is ok so far, i feel aligment is off. I think GLE has a different bushing setup than other models.

My originals were torn off and i didnt feel like spending $200 on a whole assembly, this way i only spent $30.
