I was pretty dead set on the nismo unit for a while but am looking elsewhere for the same reason you are.

LOL...my mind is basically made up. Just need to find the unit for a good price. I saw it on ebay foir $99 plus $5 shiiping but now its gone. Guy hasn't posted back in a while with the unit. In addition, will I need to purchase an adapter for the fuel rail? And will I have to specify VQ35 or will Nissan be sufficient?

I don't forsee a long wait on future orders but this is hurting me since I have been waiting for so long and I don't have a clue when to expect them.

I'm going to give him a call monday. If a wait time like this might happen due to his busy schedule, I'm going to get in on it now so he makes a bunch and mails them out.

As I said when I receive them I will try and post pictures. I am very eager to know what kind of modification he did so that cams no longer have to be drilled. Thats is very sweet.

No adapter necessary. All you need is a fuel T and a FPR that has two legs.

Thanks. Seeing how the guy from Asia has not responded to my e-mails from the ebay auction, I will not be purchasing from him. Need to find another place that sells them for a good price. The lowest I found on the web was about $130 plus shipping.

Just keep trying. I am going to give him a call tomorrow. It was like I went a whole week without being able to reach him, and then the following week, I spoke to him 3 times. I was hoping to have them when I came back from vacation but they weren't here. Hopefully they come in tomorrow. I spoke to him last week and he said he sent them out so I will wait for when they arrive.

I have been sitting on everything but this for about 5 weeks. So you can tell how anxious I am. Mine should be in today or tomorrow.-

Got them in!!!!!

Took them straight over to my mechanic so hopefully by the end of the month I'll be on the road. To all those that ordered a couple of weeks ago (I believe Tavarish) you should have yours soon if you didn't already receive them.
