need help with my max...

hey guys i was changing my alternator and didnt disconnect the battery and the power wire on the alternator hit ground and i heard a pop...my car still starts fine but i got couple problems....
my interior lights dont work, radio dont work, and my windows dont work....

checked all my fuses and everything is okay.... what could be the problem???

Check your fuse labeled BATT (battery) on the right side facing fuse box in the engine compartment I bet that fuse blew its a 120amp fuse i believe....
