Service engine soon light now on

My Service engine soon light came on this afternoon. Pulled the codes: P0110 intake air temperature circuit/sensor also P0325 Knock sensor.
The car seems to run fine ,no miss hesitation or idle issues. The condition only happenned today so I don't know about milage issues. Totally stock 97 model ,no mods, 68000 miles. Only issue ever is to replace the starter last winter.
I haven't done anything yet as far as examining wiring or connectors. My question is to see if there is a more common reason for these two codes to appear at the same time.
Also any suggestions on further diagnostics. Thank You

who knows ? neither codes are serious. you will want to replace the ks. do you have a haynes manual or do you know where to look for the IAT sensor just to make sure its plugged in ?

I had both of those codes for a while. I replaced the knock sensor and found the IATS not fully plugged in. I reset the ecu but the codes came back immediately. I drove it like that for a couple months and light went off a couple days ago. Everything seems hunky dory right now. Neither of those codes are too important, I feel like they can be thrown for a lot of non serious reasons.

The knock sensor code does not illuminate the CEL, so you've had it for awhile and never knew it until you scanned the codes because of the IAT tripping the light and found the knock sensor as well. No biggie on the IAT code, it's only used for emissions purposes and has no effect on engine control.

Probably found the problem . When i changed the starter ,I removed the air intake for access, when reinstalling I must not have firmly clicked the wiring connector for IAT sensor .After seven months, it must have vibrated loose as I found that connector loose . Clicked in place, reset the codes .SES light has stayed off and niether code has returned after two days.
