changed fuel filter getting 0901 and 0902 codes

I decided to go ahead and change my fuel filter. Everything went well except I put the fuse back in #31 instead of #32 and tried to start the car. I quickly realized what I did and fixed it. When I started my car later that night I got an SES light throwing codes 0901 and 0902. I reseted it thinking I just threw off the ecu but the SES came right back on. Could I have damaged my O2 sensors or the cennectors by putting the fuse in 31?
