Oh-Sh*t handles
I'm having a hard time removing these. The screws are seized. I wish they were made for sockets because I have nice breaker bar, but unfortunately they are made for only a phillips screwdriver.
what can I use to unscrew them?

Impact driver, though I assume you don't have one. Get one, they're very handy for stuff like this.
FWIW mine came out just fine, and it looked like they had never been off before.

no, I don't have an impart driver. I wish I did.
I still can't get them off. I used wd-40, a hammer. I'm afraid I'll mess up the srew head and then I'll have to drill them out.
Any more ideas?

I didn't have a problem either...
It seems to me I remember having to get a BIG philips head screwdriver on them and they were in there good...but not stuck.
I wonder, can you tighten them a little just to break the bond they seem to have formed?
