Brake light won't turn off

Hi guys, I have a little problem with the Brake Light, it won't turn off. I checked the E-brake and the cable hasn't snapped (which was my first thought). And I make sure it's completely disengaged everytime I drive. Im gonna try to tighten it up to see if that helps it disengage better, beyond that any ideas?

Could possibly be low fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir.

If the level is low and you don't have a fluid leak, it probably means your pads are worn and need to be replaced.

i think hes on the right track, my max did the same thing and it was the brake fluid it was leaking a little bit and then it went to alot some guys at leschwab-not sure if i spelled it right.. must have hooked up or messed something up during brake flush but anyways they fixed it for me for free since it was under warranty.

+1 on the low fluid. Indication of worn pads.. or leak.
