4th gen riding like a model T
So my 4th gen is riding like crap. It has 215K, and a few years ago I replaced the stock suspension with Eibach's and KYB AGX's. But the overall ride is awful, it shimmies and shakes and every bump feels like it's amplified. So I'm thinking that it's time to do new bearings throughout the front end. Is this the best course of action?
I have new lower control arms already, what else do I need to get? Control arm bushings? I also already have Energy suspension sway bar bushings, what else do I need to get or what else can I do to improve the ride?

AGX's aren't exactly designed for a smooth ride, even at the softest setting. You might want to consider swapping out your struts if you are looking for a softer ride, to something like Blues or even GR2's.
However at 215K you might need some front end suspension work, especially if there is a lot of play in your LCA busings and whatnot.

Did you replace the bushings when you put in the new control arms? If not that would be a good place to start. I had the same thing when I would go over a bump the front end would sway back and forth. After replacing the lca's and new bushings it definitely made an improvement.

What size Energy suspension sway bar bushings does the 4th gen take?

I'll probably get the subframe bushings also, with sway bar bushings, new control arm and control arm bushings, subframe/sway bar endlinks, that should pretty much give me a much better ride, better than new I've heard.
The 4th gen takes 20mm front sway bar bushings, 5th ges takes 22mm, and 5.5 takes 23 I believe.
