Leaking hose

Leaking hose

Can you guys help me identify this hose and maybe help me change it. It is the one underneath the throttle body the one with the screw on the clamp..

I think that is for the heater core, the the inlet side of the heater core.

I sure looks like it is about ready to burst.

Leaking hose

Careful when disconnecting the other side by the firewall. I would slice the old hose off. Or you may end up cracking the plastic nipple on the firewall.

Hes talking about the other heater hose too, the one below that one. Just replaced top heater hose the other day. Car was heating up on me didnt know what it was till i heard a leak and sure enough was the heater hose so good idea on replacing it.

indeed, if your gonna replace 1 hose..might as well do multiple all at once, better for you and the car in the long run.
