Can i use a q45 mass air flow sensor. On the. 4Th gen???

No, you make way less power since the Q45 maf is smaller and more restrictive.

Some dynos have shown up to a 15whp loss.

No wrong. The q45 maf is the same as j30, i30 and 95-99 maxima. They all use the same maf. I just checked and searched on Google. If u type q45 maf u will see it is the same in the pics.
