Check the FAQs at the top there are a few things in there. What are you looking for?

Even with heavily modified interiors 4th genners have generally done the usual while maintaining the OEM look mostly.

IE:
- Chrome gauge rings
- Reverse glow white gauges
- LED illumination conversion
- Aluminum or carbon fibre dash kit
- 5th gen aluminum pedals
- Interior pieces from JDM Cefiro/I30 (chrome door handles, digital hvac with ambient button, carpeted pillars)
- Door sill plates
- Reupholstered leather seats
- A-pillar gauges
- Door card aluminum kick plates

Some of the stuff you won't be able to find anymore or are rare as these cars are getting older and aftermarket support starts looking elsewhere. Where we are now most are going for the less is more approach - it works as I think our interiors have aged really well.

Couple of pics I quickly found:

I have something that's never been done before on a vehicle interior. I'm looking to get a patent done, and possibly have it be installed as an option on certain luxury vehicles.

You can't see it but I installed sound deadening material in my I30 that really makes it quiet like a newer car.

I read about a guy that installed Maybach sound deadening material in his Hummer. So I applied the approach on the I30.

Here's a picture that looks similar to the metal layer.

Don't forget 5th gen seats. Requires some fab work, but well worth it imo, I love the memory seat function

I just got it a week ago. Looks like good quality though. Has 3m tape backing and came with adhesion promoter. Prep is going to be the key for a long lasting fit. Will post pics soon.

IMO, in terms of keeping it simple (cause I dont like painted trim) go for an led conversion, and new shift ****+boot. That's all I've done and I'm pretty much done with interior. Like said above, these interiors have aged well.

I'd love to do something about my shifter but I got a auto, so I don't know how to make it look better

I30 auto dimming mirror (direct bolt on minus wiring) or get one off a 00s GM. I found an auto dimming, compass temperature mirror for $5 at the junkyard. Lots of GM cars and trucks have them. It requires some fab work, as these mirrors are the windshield mount ones, but well worth it IMO. I have a 97, so I don't have the ambient on my HVAC controls, this does nicely. Just remember the grab the sensor by the grill for the temperature. There are writeups online as to how to wire up. Just needs acc power and ground.
