Cat-Converter Replacmement Recommendations?

Long and frustrating story short ...

It's become apparent that the replacement of my catalytic converter is in order along with a couple of other friggin things.

If you guys had to replace a converter, where would you go?

I went with a Walker as well.

When I do my new exhaust set up it'll be replaced with a resonator.

Ive got a magnaflo hi-flo cat and also a fastcat. fastcat looks like a higher end m3 or ferrari cat while the magnaflo hi-flo looked like a stock cat. Bought the magnaflo on here for $45 shipped or something like that, used with flanges.

Random Tech has a good reputation, as far as I can tell... but their cat for our car #183-25004 is close to $200- is there any advantage to that over the $149 SS substrate Warpspeed cat?

Ebay high flow 49 state legal cat. $50 shipped, just need the flanges, which I found locally at my auto parts store. Has worked great do far. I've used them on a couple cars. Just be sure to get the normal honeycomb looking ones, not the test pipes that say cat converter on the listing.

have had no issues passing emissions with the Y pipe and Hiflow cat from
warpspeed for the last 6 years. this on a 95 with cali emissions.
they use the tailpipe test on 95's where I live.

Is the inside of your cat destroyed or can you revive it with a citric acid bath?

The Warpspeed HFC is the universal Magnaflow 94105 CAT.

If you plan on getting that CAT warrantied with Magnaflow then list your vehicle as one of those listed on that link. That HFC was not made for the A32 so neither Magnaflow nor Warpseed would give me a warranty when it failed within 6 months of installation.
