Wheel Noise Found Cause But how to fix?

My front left drivers side wheel has been making a noise since I bought it 2months ago, its a very slight grinding noise and it comes and goes randomly. I jacked up the wheel and there's no play in it but then I realized it wasn't turning freely. I looked underneath and saw a pin dragging against part of the wheel.

I have attached pictures

I see no attached photos, but I assume it's the pin for the lower balljoint.

You can try to pull it through further and bend it out of the way.
Needle nose FTW.

Sorry I forgot to attatch the pictures but it doesn't matter because I bent it back out of the way back into place the tire is still making the noise. I'll upload a video of the noise later

Possibly a dust shield rubbing

Happened to me. I just bent the rusty thing back out. Could have gotten mashed into the rotor years ago. It was just annoying. Chicks don't dig the scraping wheel noises.
