Just purchased a max with 280k+miles

So I recently purchased a used max in pretty good shape. The car runs amazingly well with a great idol and no shaking. The steering is crapped out some guy dropped it and despite the 4 new tires I got and the alignment it still pulls hard to the right. Dunno what to do about this.it also gives me slight hesitation above 4000 rpms but will go to 6000+ after some hesitation. The stock airbox is modified and the ypipe is after market. First things I've done so far is changed spark plugs, fresh fuel filter, fresh oil change, fresh air filter, 4 brand new firestone tires and an alignment. What should be next in my list for maintanece and restoring the car a bit. I have 5speed manual tranny, the car is quite quick and I've already fallen in love with the way it drives. Currently about to buy a 2nd one that's 99 with only 150,000 on it. Also a manual.I just want to know everything I can do to get more performance, fix it up and prolong the life of the veichle.it is daily driven 30+ minutes a day mostly high way. Are struts going to fix my pull possibly? Are ebay strut assemblies worth the time? Is it a hard change? I also just bought a new battery today. Just looking for some direction I've been reading tons of max threads. Also my throttle cables feel far too lose how would I tighten them? My idol is right at 600rpms 750-900 with a.c. on

I sort of recently purchased a 97 5speed with idk how many miles haha. I had my wheel bearings, monroe quick struts in front, control arms w/inner&outer tie rods and sway bars, front rotor and pads, MT fluid, and cv boots replaced and the car drives amazingly now. Got all the labor done for free too. Highly recommend a control arm kit.

The kit in this link looks similar to the one i bought, in fact, its the same picture and everything but its not the same seller. The seller I purchased my kit from was called accars2009

Ok I'll have to try that is the labor easy to do myself? Should I try that before I try the struts? Will I see any change switching out my ks?

What year model is your current Maxima? Are you using Premium fuel?

What type of plugs are you using?

If you are considering a 99 model, read up on the Nissan Anti-theft System (NATS) and the immobilizer.

If you purchase a 99 model and it only has one ignition key, make a point to get a 2nd "chip key" from a place like Ace Hardware or similar. When a "chip key" fails with a 99 model, I've seen people spend up to $700 to get their car towed to the dealer for a new key and NATS reprogram.

The one I'm currently driving is a 96, the previous owner was not using the good gas I have started using only 93 octane. Today I cleaned the 5th , maf and installed ngk gpower platinum plugs today. New fuel filter and air filter yesterday. Will change to synthetic oil later this week. I'm shopping my local cl classifieds for a 2nd 4th gen maxima the one I looked at yesterday was a 99 but in quite bad shape so I passed.
