You may have a vacuum leak. Check any air hoses you may have touched.

If it's idling at 400 it's most likely going to die. Lowest it should ever be at is 500 but usually mine sits at 600. Kinked intake hoses are generally the cause. I had a new intake but had to get new hoses because the factory ones are shaped specifically and can't bend them. It didn't reach.

You need to clean your throttle body if you haven't done that yet. With a lot of miles, all the gunk build up covers the throttle plate which prevents air flow to the engine at idle which will lower the rpm. You need to clean that throttle body with crc throttle body cleaner and it will fix all your problems. If you have already cleaned your throttle body, then warm up the car to operating temperatures and then disconnect both tps sensor wires and start the car and see where is your idle at. It should be between 650 to 700 rpm at idle and it should stay steady and not bouce around. If it is not steady and you see it moving up and down then it is lower than the recommended specs and you need to adjust it from the iacv screw by moving it counter clockwise.here is a picture of the IACV and you can see the little black screw on the top. http://www.partsgeek.com/assets/dimage/full/1026058.jpg But before messing with the IACV screw make sure to clean your throttle body if have not already done so.

İ have checked hoses, it seems okay. İn this year İ have changed hose strut boot because it was leaking and also radiator hoses. İ always control the parts, there is one code in computer it writes maf sensor but no issues about driving it feels working good.

Which hoses is the cause for my reason ?
Can you install the photo of the engine and show me with in the red circle ?

What type of throttle adjustment? Did you mess with the throttle stop screw, because if you did it will mess up a lot of things because you are not supposed to as its factory set.

İ was watching him while adjustment, one pipe was blocked and he used the air compressor to make it work than something comes out with splash. This pipe was blocked before too. This is the second time. That problem gone and he used obd reader and do some settings with throttle position sensor. Also screwing that black thing He was watching inside of that part and calculating how much air can goes. He used thin knife with a lot option on it. (0.05 ,0.15 0.20) than it works great in the beginning.
Right now this problem comes out

No he was supposed to use feeler gauge of the size .12mm and .16mm to setup the tps. Here's the link to the revised tps settings from Nissan. It shows you how to properly set up the tps sensor http://lyberty.com/car/Maxima_A32_do...NTB99-053b.pdf
