Yes it is automatic, like what you said, İ have read some past posts and learn about transmission resistor can cause this hard shifting.
İs this okay with my 2.0 liter maxima ? Should I change this ?
Are these same part because it looks like that ?
A15 000L00 7626 (This is what İ have now )
31037-71L00

Do you have the 4 cylinder engine?
I'm thinking that you may have different transmission parts as well.
We on this forum are far from experts. Just a collection of people who help each other and share what we know.

Your car has a different engine than what most of us have. it is also intended for a different market. It is possible, even likely, that not all parts will be exactly the same. Specific parts, such as inside an automatic transmission might have different part numbers in Turkey than in the USA.
Some auto parts search engines ask which country you are in.

İ need to ask automatic transmission resistor to my Nissan service for my hard shifting, what I saw in photos where is that located I have that part exactly same but the code on it is different.
Thanks anyway appreciate for all helps.

Solenoids for shifting are worn or the clutch packs inbetween the gears are worn. Exchange fluid for full synthetic about 10 liters. Also add an external automatic transmission fluid cooler.

The number that you found on the resistor (31037-71L00) is the same for the U.S. cars. You can measure the resistance of the resistor with an ohm meter. It should measure between 10 and 15 ohms. I think that the resistor is OK because all gears would shift hard if the resistor was bad.
If you are going to use a transmission oil cooler, it is your choice for custom fit or universal. They would both work equally well. Custom fit would be easier to install but would probably cost more money.
If you would like to look up part numbers for your car, here is a link:
