Steering Wheel Horn

Can someone please help? All I really need is the aftermarket steering wheel horn to work. I search and search, all I get is random opinions and scattered info of people responding 'why would you want an aftermarket steering wheel?'. I know it possibly one wire that needs to be grounded coming off a relay. What wire from the steering column? Thanks if you can HALP!

The horns do sound when the switch in the steering column connects a wire to ground.

In the steering column is a cable called the clock spring because it has to be able to wind up and unwind as the steering wheel is turned. The clock spring attaches to the steering wheel. If you replace the steering wheel, it has to be able to connect to the clock spring for things such as the horn to work.

The wire that needs to be grounded is a green with white stripe wire.
