vibration in gear while stopped.

So I have vibration in my steering wheel when Im in gear and stopped reverse drive, 1, 2 same thing vibration goes away if Im in park or neutral. Car also feels like theres a occasional little putt.
My Rpm while stopped is around 650.
Theres no shake from stopping its only occurs when in gear and stopped. 1999 maxima se built 01/1999

Could a vacuum leak cause the shake?

I've replaced spark plugs, a coil, and timing chain tensioner shake was there be for I did all this work.

A coil? Check readings on all coils. And inspect their boys for cracks.

Put a flat head screwdriver end on the plastic part of injectors and your ear on the screwdriver handle, listening for ticking.

I see that you have an automatic. Check to see if your idle speed is correct.it is supposed to be a certain rpm while in gear. if it is too high, vibration at idle is likely.

Which brand of spark plugs did you install?

The desired idle speed is on a label which is glued to the hood.
Please check it.

I do not know what the idle speed is for an automatic. 650 seems high.

^ agree check the sticker, a repair manual or the FSM. To me 650 seems too low. My '97 is around 750. Again get the right number or range and adjust as necessary. Then go from there.
