Radiator fan not coming on
The fan for the air conditioning or when car gets too hot isn't working. It's the left fan when you're standing with the hood open. I give my radiator a few knocks and then it turns on and then off. It spins slowly too. The car gets to 3/4 hot when I'm standing still at Red lights till I drive again or turn ac off, I'm in phoenix az. Is there loose wire? How can I get to it? If someone can please give me a diagram of it or problem I might be having with my car.

The fan is bad. Most likely the brushes in the motor are worn or almost worn out. These cars are pushing 20 years old and these things don't last forever.
When the car is not running, take hold of the fan blade and wiggle it. There should be no movement in a good motor. Compare it to the fan that runs.
A replacement motor at an auto parts store costs $70 - $75. You can get the whole fan assembly - both motors in the plastic shroud on e-bay for not much more.
