Idle adjustment help

Hey guys need some help. How do i adjust the idle. I took everything out n apart to clean it when i did the egr delete and now when i start it even cold it immediately idles at like the lowest point possible before stalling. It would probably stall out once warmed up actually. I know the iacv has the plastic screw for air ratio but is there anything with the throttle body. I dont wanna just open that screw up alot n mess up my fuel ratio. It is a 95 so the ecm screw doesnt do anything. I wouldnt wanna adjust it that way anyway. Help!! Hahah

For idle adjustment, our TPS (throttle position sensor) is located on the throttle body. It has two connectors one brown and one gray. Brown one is for throttle position where the gray one is for closed throttle and wide open throttle. With the car off, unplug the brown one and start the car. It may or may not stall out depending how low the IACV idle screw is turned. Turning the screw counter clockwise increases idle where clockwise decreases idle. When the car is at optimum operating temperature auto idle is 650-700rpm in neutral or park. Im not sure about manual idle but the other manual users can answer.
