Alarm bypass needed for 98(shaved door kit installed so options are limited)

I have a 98 gle and I don't have my key fob since i've not needed to use it in years. I have a shaved door kit. Well after years of having my vehicle I finally made the mistake of locking the drivers side door and arming the alarm. Pop a lock came out and pop my passenger door open and to my surprise I heard my alarm for the first time. I have so far pulled the 7.5A fuse from the engine bay to stop the alarm. Right now my car wont start. I've unplugged the battery and just let it sit all night. Please help!! How do I reset or bypass the alarm, since i don't have any door handles or the key fob. I've already ordered a used key fob from ebay, but i would like to be able to use my car tomorrow since classes just started.

To disable the alarm, go under the hood and unplug the hood switch in front of the battery. This will tell the alarm that the hood is open and the alarm will not set.

If the alarm does go off, it will reset itself after a minute or minute and a half of noise making.
