Need Help

Hello, I have Nissan Maxima 2001 which has 56,000 miles.

I got check engine light ON and i took it to near dealer. They said DTC P0505 which is IACV-AAC VALVE --went with ECM. They replaced following parts 23781-2Y012 AND 2371-5Y006RE. After this they asked me to ride 100 miles, in order for readiness monitore to get reset. I drove the same and found the following not ready/reset.

1. Oxygen Sensor - NOT Ready
2. Catalyst - NOT Ready.

My delare again asked me drive some more my miles. I already drove 1500miles. Still it's not got READY/RESET. Because of this my state Inspection is getting FAIL. Now I am getting ticket from Cop. My dealer says he has no idea why it's not READY. He said need to call NISSAN help and find it out.

Can anyone help/throw some light on how to fix this..please.

damn this o2 **** sucks major a$$. Please tell me all cars are also suffering from this o2 confusion sh#t, and its not just Nissan (Maximas).

My frikkin mpg is averaging at 220 to the tank.
13mpg avg
This weekend I drove about 200 highway miles. I had 1/2 a tank left.
22.2mpg hwy.
I then did 80 Local miles on top of that. My tank is now near empty.
09mpg local.

I get engine check light and I was told last summer that its pulling up o2 sensors. didnt chenge em.

I changed PCV, Fuel filter, engine flush, trans flush, spark plugs (full tuneup) last year. The muffler is rusting and is on brink of falling apart, with bees in a can and all. Oh yeah, my suspension also sucks a$$. Now other than that and the MAF that i got from a junkyard, what else could be culprit to SH*TTY mileage. Is it the O2s most likely??? Cuz after reading 4 pages of O2 madness, cost, and confusion incl. Im wiggin the f*ck out like wtf!!

This made me laugh. I drove 14 hours on Friday and I passed 80k and as we came into town at 80,023 I coded the P0140 so now I'm trying to figure it out before emissions testing in 2 weeks. I have a newer MAF (detonation problems, replaced 1 year ago) and now I'm planning on replacing the 2 sensors via DAVEB. Right move? Get an O2 sensor tool and anti-seize? I have a 5 year old Cattman Y as well.
