When taking off wheels, will this affect alignment?

I want to clean out all the break dust in the middle of my 17's. If I remove the wheels from the car, will this affect my alignment? Do you know what I mean about the break dust, there is a whole mess of it. You can't blame me for wanting my rims clean.

Removing your wheels will not alter your car's alignment. Go ahead and take them off to clean them.

just make sure that the lug nuts are torqued properly when you reinstall your wheels.
