My car hesitates at full throttle!!

I have a 2000 Infiniti I30 and it runs smooth but when i out it at full throttle i feels as it cnt go and it wont go over 20mph but if i ease the gas pedal it gradually builds speed and shifts fine.Whats the problem?

Did you not search? You're not the first one to have an issue like this. More than likely the MAF.
