After replacing axle, car vibrates
Replaced both axles and now the car vibrates on acceleration... the car aligned and the tires are balanced. everything is ok under the car.. where should I look first?

i honestly dont know if that is the issue but, my buddy has an 03 tl-s with a pretty aggressive drop. at about 105k the original axles started vibrating very bad under acceleration, rolling the car was fine but anytime you were on the throttle it would vibrate heavily. we purchased remanned axles, popped them in and within 1,000mi the vibration came right back, returned them to the company that did the work and they gave us two new axles, installed the second pair and about 2 weeks ago the vibration came right back. we have since then installed brand new (not remanned) axles from a different company and havent had the issue come back yet..... if you do buy new axles i would personally recommend raxles.

So - out of curiosity, why'd you replace the OEM's??
Also, can you describe the vibration??
Been having an issue with mine for a while (vibration) and wondering if it's a bent (pass) axle.
Can't help you with your issue -- but curious to hear more about yours!

the reason i replaced my axles was because the passenger side was bent, i thought for the life of me my wheel wasnt balanced....installed raxles and now shes smooth as silk

Maybe I haven't been keeping-up, but last time I checked...the Passenger Side Raxles Shaft wasn't available!?!?!
Can you clarify if this is actually avail now?!
No way I'm going back to OEM, especially for the $$$.

The mech replaced the axles three times to shut me off.. and still have the vibration. replaced passenger side Illumina with a new one, rebalanced the rims and align the car again.. still the vibration, won't go away. At this point taking the car back one more time to replace an engine mount.. after that if it doesn't go away.. i wil be parting out the car and getting a new one... **** it am tired of this crap.....

i can tell mine are blow because i have resedue all in the inner part of my rims. Just black and gunky. only hear something when im turning also. really hard. mine doesn't vibrate though, atleast i don't think so. I hope you can get it fixed. with any car...there is always something wrong.

dont buy reman'd axles, especially from Napa or AZ. I would reccommend either Raxles or these:

Both Axles, brand NEW for less than $200. No core charge either... Do it right the first time.

Blaming it on the car manufacturer (or the car itself) and selling it to buy a new car is ridiculous. As soon as you go replacing something on that car with cheap autozone **** and it doesn't perform as well as OEM parts, are you going to sell that car too?
I know if I replace axles, it will be Raxles or (if I really have to), OEM axles. Yes they are expensive, but considering they easily last 100+k miles... It's a worthwhile investment.

Like others have said, sometimes buying cheap parts comes with consequences. In this case, it's vibration.
