ABS problem

I have an 02 Max. The other day the ABS light started coming on. Now about every 4th or 5th time I stop (or slow down) the anti-lock brakes kick in. You can feel it in the pedal where it is engaging and disengaging. Its not a big problem right now, but I want to know if its something I should be worried about and what to do to fix it. I have never worked on ABS systems and dont know where to start or what to look for.

You have a wheel speed sensor failing. Have it scanned for the code which will point you to the sensor.
