Seized rear caliper piston
I've tried everything to get it to unstick with no luck does anyone know of a cheap caliper for the drivers rear I'm trying to do a budget clean up I'm not sure if the caliper piston is actually good or not but a rebuild kit with the Piston is around 25$ (I think)

I wonder if the actual caper itself you mean is seized or was it the guide pins that on the bracket that seized, since I have seen a lot of Nissan caliper bracket guide pin get locked in and won't budged when you try to pull the pins.

Also make sure it's not the parking brake cable binding. If you jack it in the wrong place you can pinch the cable. You can engage it but it won't release and you'll have a seized caliper.

Yes, the caliper rebuild kit is cheap, but tools you need to put the seal back are expensive and you need to be experienced rebuilding calipers in order to do it properly with a good result. If you want to do it cheap, buy an aftermarket caliper.
Provided of course that you made sure the piston is really seized. What year did they stop using twist-in pistons in Maximas?

Pins
The slider pins are completely fine which I guess is lucky cause I've read that it's common for those to be stuck my actual piston is siezed and it's sitting on jack stands do the cable isn't pinched it does have 230xxx miles on it so I'm not exactly suprised that it's siezed with the sight of the rotor

Is the inside of the piston round or square? If it's square, it's a twist in piston and you turn it with a special tool to compress. They used this style on the older gen Maximas, just make sure that yours is new style before replacing. You can't just press the twist in piston in w/o turning.

check out your parking brake lines while u are doing all this, i had a seized rear piston, shop replaced automatically, brand new caliper stuck the next morning 12 hours later from the parking brake cable being used over night in winter.
fix is the clean them out and lube ends to keep dirt out, or if they are shot replace them,

I didn't Know they made square turn in pistons? But yes on the 02 the rear calipers are turn in I got the wind back kit I think it's called to turn them I got a new caliper from Rock Auto (cause nowhere else was cheaper) which all the ones sold charge cores which I've heard returning the cores with them is a hassle and my man if you gave me that advice 3 days ago lol it is the parking brake line she seized but out not in so I don't think it would stick closed but regardless I'm gunna try to change it all
