You can go with all years of the 5th Gen (2000 - 2003).

The 4th gen mounts will fit, but they use a slightly different rubber compound, so there is the possibility of vibrations.

Be aware that the mount on the transmission (under the air filter) is different for auto trans and standard trans and the incorrect one will not fit.

The auto trans car uses electric operated mounts by the radiator and firewall. The mounts for the standard trans car will fit, but there is the possibility of vibrations when the engine is idling.

Does the engine size matter? or are they all the same?

MT mounts are the same from 95-03. I'm using MT 95 mounts in my 03 currently, poly filled.
