dimming interior lights
Looking for some help here....
I have an 01 AE just under 90k miles. I had a squeaky serpentine belt for awhile, finally got belt and alternator changed. Also had dimming interior lights whenever window, defrost etc was pushed.
New belt and alty solved my problem. For about a month. The last few days, the belt has started squealing again, and my interior lights, especially on the dash, really dim out when I turn something on.
What should I do? Could it be a defective alternator, or something else? I appreciate anyone as help here. Thanks.

First check the battery terminals and make sure they are clean and tight. Then check the tension on the alternator belt.
Then get you voltmeter and check voltages.
1 - battery voltage when the engine is not running and has been off for several hours. Should be around 12.5 volts.
2 - battery voltage when the engine is running and all electrical accessories are off. Should be around 14.1 volts.
3 - battery voltage when the engine is running and you have as many of the electrical accessories turned on as you can. Should be around 14.1 volts.
Any deviations in your voltage readings of more that a tenth of a volt (maybe 2) indicates a problem. Step 1 would be your battery, steps 2 and 3 would be your alternator.
