Possible CV failure?

I've got my car lowered on some coils and recently I've heard this wining sounds from the front right axle area, I can't pinpoint what it is that is going bad but I know it doesn't sound good. I know this is an extremely vague description of what the sound is however I need to do something before having it blow out unexpectedly. Could it be the cv? Control arm? The reason why I think it's the cv is because the sound increases as speed increases. And there is definitely more stress when I steer left. Thanks guys

Doubt its a control arm. Its either the CV joint or the wheel bearing. Either is likely when you're lowered.
