Stagg Struts With Vogtland Springs?

So my 02 max has the stock body-roll heavy struts/springs and wanted something that at the very least got rid of most of the body roll like my 4th gen

I've tried doing some research on this exact combo but can't really find anything, you guys think this would at least help with my handling? they're 350$ new shipped without new tophats however.

I have heard great things from two members on here. The only thing I have noticed, is that the customer service for stagg is almost non existent.

Haha, well that's good. I'll probably end up getting them, as Illumina's are like 180$ each haha

The hell you find them for that price? Couldn't find them for anything less than 300+ each.

You know my input; great combo for a great price. Been and year and the pair are still holding up beautifully, and body roll has been drastically reduced from stock. The drop is great too, not too low, but definitely lower than stock.

Haha, well that's enlightening! I'll definitely get them then.

They don't come with top hats so would you suggest getting new tophats or re-using the old ones? (i've never done this before haha)

Not sure any struts come with top hats. So I'd say get 'em new. Relatively cheap and easy to replace. Only most coilovers come with new strut mounts/top hats/assemblies .

Post # 3 reinforces that they should be replaced.

Yeah I bought new ones based off of input on this forum. They're easy to install.

Update?

iTzCloud,

Did you get this strut/spring setup?

Have you installed them?

If so, what's the verdict?

I'd love to know.

Thanks

I went a cheaper route, but installing today as well.

Megan springs and Sensen shocks. We'll see how long these crap shocks last.
