Need new motor

*already posted in the motor part of the site but idk how active people ate there*
So lastnight all my oil leaked out (idk how) but i didnt notice so i drove the car :'( and the engine seized so now im looking to put a mew motor into it. Which bring me to the question i have read plenty on the subject so what vq35de engine is the best to swap in to my 02 maxima? I know 09 and up is not recomended so im looking for 02-08 and just want to know which year is better!

Whatever the sweet spot is for miles/price. Go for it!
It's not difficult. Darren deleted his thread, but most of the info is in mine and I can probably answer any questions.

Thats good right now my shop is worried on how difficult the upper and oil pans swap will be and how the sensors switch will work... While i have the engine out im thinking of maybe putting an 04 tranmission since i dont like 3rd gear and no lsd... Is there any dofficulties in putting an 04 lsd into it?

Also i troed searchig but too many pointless threads but what are the main things that will need to be done to have an 07 fit... I read upper and lower oil pan swap and the two crank sensors what else will need to be swapped
