Have the altima headers modded. They're dirt cheap (less than 200 last I saw).

With the help of just a few people, you could get a Cattman, which as you know, will have zero fitment issues.

Stay tuned, but I can tell you that they would run 759.99

I bought mine from ebay. Expensive but worth it. Shifted the torque higher into the power band. Pulls much harder to redline. Also completely changed the note of my exhaust. Would never ever do this job unless the car is on a hoist

gutted my rear precat over the past few days, talk about a PITA..
after getting up close and personal with the components, I have decided to try a unique approach--- WITHOUT buying headers.

If my logic is correct, I should be able to come close enough to header numbers at a fraction of the cost..

**Awaits "just buy headers and be done with it" flaming** :')

If you drill many holes in it and beat it with a chisel, it will come apart (2ish hours ****ing with it if it's fully intact).

If you port the manifold (rear?) with the tiny diameter, then that would help.

All of my good tools are at home, which is 6 hours away from where I go to school. That was my main problem.

I have a couple of tricks and thoughts up my sleeve that I will try. I would like to dyno before and after to see how smart/stupid I am lolol

Did you walk uphill both ways to the post office to pick up your headers to?

Doing it on jack stands laying on your back alone would most likely not take 2 hours to complete. Congrats to you if it you did. But that's not going to be most people's reality. Especially with Canadian cars every bolt is usually corroded.
