Cost of mounting 4 tires??

what should it generally cost to have 4 new tires put on? I am supplying the tires, so I just need the old ones off and the new ones on.

They are Falken 215-55-16... standard gen. 4 tires

It really depends on each place where you live. Look up shops and call them.

Price range is about 12-25$

The super walmart near me said $16 per wheel including disposal of the old tire. I think that's how I'm gonna go when i get new tires.
Last time shell charged me 60 to do two tires... not cool.

I just did the same thing as you (dismount, mount and balance 4 tires). Discount Tire and LesSchwab both wanted $115 total. I called my local Goodyear place (where I get my oil changed) and they did it for $70 total.

So, it really depends on the shop.

I got a set of alloys, wanted old tires removed from steel wheels, remounted on the alloys and balanced.

Discount Tire said they would do it for $125 (some discount!).

Walmart did it for $45, and they were quick and courteous. No complaints.

I have got them changed for $5 a tire and even had a tire replaced w/ a used one for $20......dismount, mount and disposal. it really isn't expensive to get tires replaced, well not around here in AZ at a little tire shop.

Check your Wal-Mart, I know some guys here don't trust them but they put my 17's on my Z rims for $45 dollars and disposed of 2 old tires for me as well.

LOL, Walmart can't handle a 10-year old car? I watched them work, and they were very conscientious.

Well I just got mine mounted at Discount Tires. for $70. That may sound a lot but I did not trust the mom and pop shops around my neighborhood mounting my painted 18" rims plus a lot of them are still have the old school mentality and do not know how deal with TPMS.

Most places I have seen around here are $10/tire to mount, $4/tire for new valve, and $11-12/tire for balance. Comes out to over $100 for all 4.

That is just way overpriced man! I had mine done for 50 bucks. I believe it should not go over a hundred bucks.
