Car is at the dealer now getting a oil change. Just when I start to fix the little things to get this car sold, the Maxima lets me down again...

Dealer says my front and lower mounts are shot...Seeing that the stealer was going to charge someone $1200 to replace 3 (rip off) Can you still get these mounts for cheap?

04 Maxima Motor mounts

Hi I have a 04 Maxima and when I accelerated a little fast from 0 MPH it hits on the bottom and you can hear it by you Feet.

I need to know if the Racinline Motor mount work better and last longer since the 3.5 Engine has a lot of power to damage the mount in a short time??

Please email me at agustincorrea@hotmail.com

Thanks

Agustin ( Augie) from New Jersey.

quote=Switch;7793344]I just ordered Racingline's moter mount insert sport kit. If you're into performance I would recommend it over factory mounts.

Let us know how the install goes/went!!! Pics?

I hear Racingline inserts actually works for many and make engine more stiffer and also the life of your mounts increased. No experience - just what I read in forums.
Can you send me the FSM on the motor mounts please

Thanks!!!!!

if you don't wanna look for another bolt you can try to use your jack and push the engine up with it. or use the stock jack and place it in between the engine and the mount push them apart to get that little extra wiggle room.
You gotta drop the sub frame an inch, take the through bolt out of the front mount, unbolt the trans mount jack it up then that bolt will come right out. I just did it on a 05 SE Maxima.
