Access Rhapsody Through Bose System
Hello All,
New owner of a 2014 SV and first post on this site. Although I have had many V6 Altimas, this is my first max and I am loving it so far. So much more refined than the Altima.
Having an issue with my audio system. I have Rhapsody on my android and want to play my playlists through the car. In my Altima, I had a wire directly plugged in to the audio system.
I notice this car has USB inputs in the center console. I am wondering if I could use a mini USB Bluetooth adapter in that slot and access through my phone that way in Bluetooth mode? Has anyone tried it? Curious before I waste $20 at Best Buy.

If you have bluetooth(I think its only on the tech package) you can play audio through there. Or if not you can buy an Aux bluetooth adapter.
get yourself a good mount:

I don't have nav, but I do have a backup camera.
After some time looking around Best Buy tonight I found a solution. Just a basic 3.5 mm input jack that splits off into RCA cables. I plugged the cable into the RCA inputs also in the center console.
A couple problems that I will still run into:
1 - I cannot control the phone and app through factory audio controls (as you should be able to do with an ipod)
2- If I move the input jack around on the phone end at all I can get some distortion. But I have to move it quite a bit, almost to the point of unplugging it.
Other than that it seems good to go. I was hoping to keep Rhapsody as I can download as much as I want for free. And I have heard that isn't the case with Apple.
