I don't think it is.
The RCA inputs needed would be at least either red or white, plus yellow. Red/White for Left/Right audio and yellow for video. I don't remember if the car comes with the yellow video RCA input or not, but if it doesn't, your only other option would be to use the built-in DVD player (if you have it.)
Also, the car disables any video watching once it's in motion.

if you have the RCA inputs yeah you can play video, but only when the car is stopped and when you have the parking brake on. theres a bypass you can do for this so you can watch anytime, its in a thread on here

So this is basically hdmi... Can it work with android? I have a note 3 and i would like it to mirror it to the dash .can it be possible with this cable ?

Any other devices utilize RCA plugs? Figure if I'm hooking up a DVD player I may as wall just watch the content direct from the players screen.
