Maxima Vs M6

I'm imagining these perfectly designed wheels on the a35, anyone else dare to disagree ? or brave enough to agree ?

the windmill effect when moving, the extended reach of the spokes. The minimalist yet powerful impact seems to really strike my attention and gets my emotions stirring.

to blend the unexpected can be magical or a disaster.

hmmm, dare I say this can look good on a g35?

the 5 spokes look magical when spinning, as if it's in slow motion.

There's probably hundreds of thousands of aftermarket wheels out there and I bet there's at least one wheel that looks just like that that fits the Max. If not, have them made.

pay attention.
too much work, id rather buy knock offs with the desired bolt patern, einstein.

BBMaxi, you might have better luck in the RIMS on the Max mega thread than creating a separate one.

E350?? hahaha. Nice car. But def not worth the money. FYI I have $$$ too but just because you make it doesn't mean you should waste on a 302 HP RWD German Sport Sedan that will cost you that extra $$ you're making to fix.

european cars can sometimes be the the difference between life and death in an accident. Although they are unreliable, their build and steel quality are top notch.

anyways back on topic, here's a 350z M6, but now I'm questioning myself if the m6 style spokes will be too thin to match the a35.

I dunno, I think it looks great on the Z and the infiniti G.

actually a lot of different car guys have experimented with this style (replica and genuine) since the replica's started to get produced back in 2008. Everything from the lexus SC, the GS, the acura TL have all had some play with the m6 wheel.

the m6 style was also one of the first oem designs (if not the first ever) to showcase the convex look.

And in many ways, it's not really the m6 wheel that really stands out. It's more of the fact that the japanese oem's are just not pumping out the killer oem wheel designs as the germans do (like bmw, audi and benz).

I can't think of many japanese oem wheel designs that have caught fire, maybe the 1st gen lexus IS 17" wheel, and the infiniti g35 19" rays forged wheels..but other than that I can't think of much.

Don't disagree with that...I have loved those rims since I first saw them (admittedly the M6 isn't a bad ride either ). Unfortunatley, when I see those rims on another vehicle automatically it reminds me of an M6....regardless of how it sweet they look on the car. That rim/model pair just is burned in my mind. Downside of being a car enthusiast.

You think there are D-bags here? I guess you haven't been to any BMW forums, huh?

I'd rather have a G37 sedan over an E350. Less money and it will eat it alive in the performance department. And, you won't be taking it in for warranty work every few months when one of those sensors decides it wants to "glitch"
