thank you! i really missed that from my 7th gen.... ordered one! to access the bottom you just have to lift the entire tray out right?

also hard to tell from the picture, do you think it can fit car keys and a wallet in the top portion?

You have to lift it out; its essentially just a removable tray. It's not like the 7th gen, but it serves the same purpose. My wallet and keys easily fit on top of the other junk. It's as wide and long as the whole console and about 2-1/2" deep, so there's room above and below.

Thanks for the link, I just ordered one. Hopefully that will make the "black hole" in the console a bit more manageable.

20/15 Tint, 20' NICHE M150 255/35/20 +40 All Around, 6000k LED Fog Lights.

Waiting to order STILEN Defusser and Front Spliter. Also dipping all chrome to Matte Black. There is super light rubbing when on uneven pavement. Any suggestions that don't involve sending wheels back?

I have the same wheels but in 20x9. The only option for you would probably be negative camber adjustment because the wheels are too wide. I don't think more narrow tires would look good on wheels that wide, otherwise that would be another option.

Good luck.

Heat gun.

I watched a video on YouTube from the retailer I purchased them from. It showed them heating up the plastic wheel well cover and bending it in where the tire rubs. I'm going to try it Wednesday. What do you think?

Local forum member Paul was gracious enough to install led bulbs for my fog lights. One of the led bulbs did not work but, I emailed Amazon and the vendor responded will be shipping a new one on Monday. By the way, make sure you replace seals of the leds with the original car's foglight seals. This will prevent moisture/condensation build up on the plastic lenses.

2017 Maxima SL here. Looking to add aluminum sport pedals. Was hoping to purchase the same ones that are on the SR, but can't buy them from Nissan direct. Any ideas for them or third party pedals that will fit (prefer no-drill). Thanks!

when you get around to putting vinyl on other chrome parts, can you do a step by step photo of how you accomplished it?

When you did window trim, did you have to heat it up to follow curves?

I have same color SR as you... a local shop is having a Black Friday sale for powder coating (Gloss Black, Matte Black or Flat Black for $400)

Was thinking to either powder coat mine or get new rims???

If new rims, thinking of TSW Bathurst Gun Metal... I can get a set with black lugs, mounted and balanced for $1000 (19x9 30 offset)

Also, wanted dealer to put the Midnight rear diffuser on at no cost to me, They said they didn't have enough room on the deal. I like the black better!

Question Small, cheap change

I wrapped the top trim that was the same color as the car to a gloss black. I think I like it so much, when it comes off I'll have it painted.
