2 10w6 in sealed box??

2 10w6 in sealed box??

is it possible to hook 2 jl 10w6's in a sealed box to the 4th generation bose stereo system. will it sound as good as if i were to totally redo my system wiht new head unit and speakers

well it matters on the amp you use...you can hook it up but i really suggest changing over the head unit... i hooked the subs to the factory head unit... then changed to a aftermarket great difference in sound quality... i say go for a new head unit

I second that. Understand this, an aftermarket head has a high voltage output which dictates all the information that is sent to the amp. The adapter you will need to use w/ the factory head outputs diddly. You shoud look for an aftermarket head w/ a minimum output of 4 volts. Thats will get you good tight sound if you have a decent amplifier. Good luck!
