Power antenna trigger wire

Does anyone know which wire on the harness on the back of the BOSE radio lowers the antenna? Is it a low (0v) for antenna lowered and high (12V) for antenna up?

grab a test light and ground it and touch each wire on the harness with the test light when you find the correct one the antenna should power up

no but it would complete the circuit..... Like when your testing wires for car alarms... When you use a test light to find the door lock wire if you touch it you hear the relays in the door click and and see the doors lock/unlock, same goes for headlights, horn, and other accessories like that i dont see how it would be any different for the power antenna..

That's news to me. When I use a test light it's got a red and green light. If you probe the wire and use the button/switch for whatever you're testing (eg, lock the doors) if the light goes to green, its ground, if it goes to red, it's power. If it's momentary like a door lock is, it will go to red then back to green.

We may be talking about the difference between a reg test light and a computer safe test light? I could be wrong. Good info to know that there is one that actually provides power.

the test light i use has an actual light in the middle that lights up when it receives power. Im sure any one like that would work fine.
