i'm about to buy a Kenwood DDX6019 to put in my car and move the oem screen to the bottom compartment. i've seen this done here in pretty much every max but i wanted to find out prices. not so much because of the actual price but to find out if the store i'm planning on installing it at knows what they're doing. at my job they were charging me ~400 to install the kenwood and move the HU to the bottom. this store by my house, charges me ~100 for both things only...
any ideas? or anybody around my area that knows how to do it and wants to get paid? i really can't do it on my own

100 sound reasonable, it should prolly take them less that two hours once they get to your car, so its about 50 an hour.

I paid $150 for the N2, NAV and Sat install. But that didn't include the screen moving, I did that myself. And as for them knowing what they are doing, I'd provide them with the sticky on taking the dash apart so they don't mess anything up! I've never been to a stereo place that has previously worked on a 6th gen....
