need help on 03 max system set up

need help on 03 max system set up
yo..sup yall
i jus bought a 03 max...and i see that its already prewired for a sub.
the red cable is not hooked to the battery....the other wires that r suppose 2 be hookd up to the bacc up of the bose unit are not.
i hav a ground wire also, and there are 4 wires that come from the bose subwoofer, but those r cut. i hav no idea whea the FUCC those go to.
do i hav to bypass the bose amp? or can i jus set it the normal way?
if yall need pics to what im talkin about, just let me kno.
im new to this system **** with the 03 max....i had a 96 max b4, but i kno its totally different.
if yall could walk me through it on how to set it up please.
i hav a sub in the box and a 600watt amp. not much but its enuff for me.
