Best way to wire new speakers

I now have Bose speakers but purchased some polk audio comp for the front and coax for the rear. I also have an Alpine amp KTP-445A or head unit power pack. Can I use the existing wire or is it best to run new wire?

With Bose it's recommended to run all new wiring.
