FM adapter maybe?
I'm new to the forum, but have a clue about audio, so take this for what it's worth...
There's no way to get CD quality audio into your head unit without an aux input (or getting a new head unit - recommended!), BUT, you could get an FM transmitter if you think the factory FM radio sounds good enough. They're cheap enough to justify and also give you Bluetooth and charging.
Here's a random one on Amazon that gets OK ratings (I have no knowledge of it, I'm just linking you to an example):
