What can I use to clean my headlights?
Someone told me about a compound that can be used to clean your headlights to make them look practically new again. Does anyone know of such a thing? I have a slight haze to my headlights and I would like to polish them a bit. Let me know what you guys have tried.

Nissan recommends 3M Plastic Polish to their service departments to clear up haze build-up on headlights. I couldn't find that locally, so I picked up a bottle of Kit Scratch Out and it works great. I got that from Pep Boys or Autozone, I can't remember.
Peace.
Peace.

I was clearing my headlights, and left them apart for about 2 weeks. They got full of dust which I tried cleaning off with water and the light got real hazy looking. I tried rubbing alcohol and 3M plastic cleaner/polish and it is still there. I need to remove this "haze" so I can put the light back together. I am talking about the mirror finish on the two main headlights in this picture. Any ideas?
